These Terms of Service govern your use of the CricScene website, mobile app, and related services, together referred to as the Service, operated by CricScene, referred to as we, us, or our. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
CricScene is a live cricket scoring and tournament management platform. Fans can follow live scorecards, highlights, points tables, and rankings through our mobile app. Organizers can manage tournaments, teams, player auctions, and live scoring through our platform.
Some features of the Service require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@cricscene.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Match data, scores, and statistics on CricScene are entered by scorers and organizers at the ground in real time. While we build the Service to help scorers enter accurate data, we do not guarantee that every scorecard, statistic, or highlight is free of human error. CricScene should not be treated as an official record for any tournament, league, or governing body.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including highlights, photos, and player profiles. By uploading content, you grant CricScene a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.
The CricScene name, logo, app, and website design are the property of CricScene and may not be used without our written permission. Team names, player names, and match data you enter remain associated with your tournament.
The Service may link to third party websites or app stores, including Apple's App Store and Google Play. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at all times, particularly during live matches with variable ground connectivity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricScene will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes over match results, auction outcomes, or scoring accuracy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
